Carbon climate control panel trim for Ferrari 360 Modena & Spider

Upgrade the interior of your Ferrari 360 with a completely remanufactured carbon fiber trim panel for the climate control unit.

This component fully replaces the original trim panel. It is not an overlay and not an adhesive carbon cover, but a standalone, three-dimensionally molded replacement part.

The carbon trim panel adopts the complete shape of the original component, including the side contours, the large upper opening, and all cutouts and receptacles for the control elements.

Especially in the Ferrari 360, this area is a defining element of the interior. The exposed carbon fiber finish significantly changes the look and can be ideally combined with other carbon parts in the cockpit.

Due to the complex geometry with multiple cutouts, deeply molded areas, and surrounding edges, manufacturing is significantly more demanding than for simple carbon covers. Special attention is paid to clean weave alignment, precise openings, and an original-like fit.

The component is manufactured entirely from high-quality carbon fiber. No GRP interlayers, no plastic carriers, and no glued-on carbon layers are used.

The existing control elements and components are taken from the original part and inserted into the carbon trim panel.

After manufacturing, each component receives a high-quality UV-resistant clear coat finish for long-term protection of the exposed carbon surface. Subsequently, each panel is carefully checked before shipping.

Each carbon trim panel is manufactured, finished, and inspected in our own production facility.

The complex three-dimensional geometry with numerous openings and deeply molded areas places high demands on lamination, demolding, and post-processing. Our focus is on a clean carbon structure, precise contours, and the most original-like fit possible.
