The original lock cover in the engine bay is not made of carbon ex-factory and often appears plain compared to the surrounding carbon elements. Our carbon lock cover addresses exactly this point and ensures a harmonious, sporty, and high-quality look down to the smallest detail.

The component is entirely made of prepreg carbon and cured in an autoclave under pressure and temperature. This results in a lightweight, stable, and durable lock cover with a high-quality visible carbon surface.

For a precise fit, the original part was digitally captured with a high-resolution 3D scanner and then redesigned. The cover is precisely manufactured and can be easily mounted in the intended position.

After manufacturing, each component receives a high-quality, UV-resistant clear coat finish to protect the surface. Subsequently, each lock cover is carefully inspected before shipping.
