Our full carbon center console insert replaces the original plastic part in the area of the hazard warning light and mirror adjustment controls. This creates a permanently high-quality visible carbon surface that significantly enhances the interior's appearance.

For precise and uncomplicated installation, the rear structure of the original part was digitally reconstructed and integrated into the carbon component using high-quality 3D printing. This preserves the original mounting method, and the component can be attached to the designated mounting points.

The insert is made from prepreg carbon and cured in an autoclave under pressure and temperature. Subsequently, each component receives a high-quality, UV-resistant clear coat finish.

Our products are not stock items. Each center console insert is produced after receipt of order in our in-house manufacturing facility in Osterhofen, Lower Bavaria, undergoes high-quality finishing, and is carefully inspected before shipping.
