Carbon Cover Expansion Tank for Ferrari F430, Scuderia & 16M

Upgrade the engine bay of your Ferrari F430 with a custom-fit carbon cover for the expansion tank.

This carbon cover was developed for the Ferrari F430 Coupé, F430 Spider, 430 Scuderia, and Scuderia Spider 16M. It provides a significantly higher quality, sportier, and more harmonious appearance in the engine bay and neatly complements existing carbon parts.

The cover is made from high-quality carbon fiber pre-preg and cured in an autoclave under pressure and temperature. This results in a light, stable, and durable carbon component with a high-quality visible carbon surface.

For a precise fit, the original part was digitally captured with a high-resolution 3D scanner and re-engineered. This ensures that the carbon cover integrates perfectly into its intended position on the expansion tank.

For the Ferrari F430 Coupé and Spider, the cover is glued onto the existing expansion tank. The surface must be clean, dry, and grease-free before installation.

After manufacturing, each component receives a UV-resistant clear coat finish to protect the surface. Subsequently, each cover is carefully inspected before shipping.

Installation instructions
